Rahul Seth, MD, FACS
Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Rahul Seth is an experienced, double-board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He specializes in surgeries of facial aesthetics and rejuvenation, rhinoplasty and nasal airway breathing, facial reconstruction from skin cancer, craniofacial skeletal and soft tissue trauma, treatment of facial paralysis, and gender-affirming facial surgery. His expertise also includes head and neck free flap tissue transfer, a reconstructive microvascular surgery technique for transplanting tissue from one part of the body to another.

Farah Yahyavi, PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in plastic surgery. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Colorado Mesa University, focusing on gender-affirming care and the LGBTQ+ community.
Kelly Stocklin
Patient Care and Surgery Coordinator
Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the medical field (Primary Care, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery). She has been with Golden State since 2021. She finds being a part of the patient’s journey to look and feel their best extremely rewarding. She is also glad to have the opportunity to work with a plastic surgeon like Dr. Seth who is a leader in his field.
Marvin Reyes
Gender Affirming Patient Care Coordinator
Marvin joined the Golden State Plastic Surgery team in December 2022. Marvin has worked in plastic surgery since 2019 at practices which specialize in Gender Affirming Surgery, as well as, having previously worked at aesthetic medical spas. He brings his wealth of knowledge in medical aesthetics, skincare, and surgical coordinator experience to Golden State Plastic Surgery.
